Tara’s Hypnotherapy Sessions focus on safety, trust and confidentiality. The session begins with a brief check-in to focus your intention followed by relaxing guided imagery to induce a state of trance and facilitate your personal journey into your inner world. Here you will access your subconscious mind while maintaining full conscious awareness interacting with Tara and remembering the session in detail. You may receive touch, energy balancing and sound to assist you in removing blocks and returning to a more integrated state of body, mind and spirit. All sessions take place in a quiet, private setting with you lying comfortably and fully clothed on a padded massage table. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that can help you tap into an unlimited source of life force energy. It is a simple, natural and safe method of energy healing for the body, mind and spirit. These sessions are helpful for anyone including those who may be too sensitive for touch or who simply wish to receive vibrational healing. All sessions take place with you lying comfortably and fully-clothed on a padded massage table.
